The harbourside port of Strahan is the gateway to the Gordon River and the ancient wilderness of Tasmania's World Heritage Area. Don't miss the cruise across Macquarie Harbour to see ancient rainforest reflected in the calm waters of the Gordon River on the Lady Jane Franklin II or journey on a steam train into history on the West Coast Wilderness Railway.
