HOLLYBANK TREETOPS ADVENTURE

Hollybank Treetops Adventure is situated 20 minutes north east of Launceston and offers superb views. It is Australia's newest and longest continuous cable ride based in the Hollybank Forest. Wearing a harness you soar along 730 metres of cable, at times 50 metres above the ground and the beautiful Pipers River.

This ride is interspersed with tree platforms or Cloud Stations that enable the visitor to rest between rides, share the exhilaration with other riders and take in the beauty of the forest, all without disconnecting. Cloud Stations are attached securely without any negative impact on the trees. The longest section of ride soars above the Pipers River for a distance of 370 metres. This is a great way to finish the ride.

Visitors can then make their way back to the visitor centre to remove their harnesses, have a relaxing drink or snack and share their memories of riding the cable. Facilities such as picnic tables and barbecues are provided on site as well as a number of beautiful walking tracks taking in the rich heritage of the site and the beautiful exotic trees planted over 150 years ago.
