Anabel's is home to a fully-licensed restaurant which features Tasmania's famous fresh produce and wines. The restaurant's two dining rooms overlook the property's old-world garden, framed by gracious rhododendron trees. Both the garden and restaurant are classified by the National Trust and listed on the Register of the National Estate.

Anabel's self-contained motel units have been built in sympathy with the Federation-style of the home.
