Wainui, just 25 minutes from the ferry, offers 3 bedrooms with ensuite. A king/twin and two queen rooms. Wainui ('big water' in Maori) is surrounded by farmland and cannot be overlooked, pun intended. It looks over the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and Storm Bay with 180 degree views from the wide deck. Nebraska Beach and Dennes Point jetty are ten minutes' walk away, and beach towels are available.

Relax on uncrowded Nebraska beach, take the Bruny Island Charters tour from Adventure Bay in the south and see penguins at 'The Neck' on the way back from South Bruny to this quiet north end of the island, away from most tourists.
